The BENCHMARK Group provides Residential Real Estate Appraisals throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and parts of Alabama. We serve a diverse client base, consisting of Individual Homeowners, Appraisal Management Companies, Mortgage Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Banks and Realtors.

We currently employ more than 50 appraisers, many of whom have been with the company for numerous years. We offer extensive in-house training, and a dedicated full-time support staff to assist our appraisers with their business needs.
